How the 60-day period works
The 60-day period begins on the date of purchase. A refund request must be submitted within the applicable guarantee period shown at checkout. The checkout record and applicable transaction terms are used to determine eligibility.
How to request a refund
Use the refund tools or instructions provided by Digistore24 for your purchase, or contact 10ingredientpartybar@gmail.com with the email address used for the order and enough information to identify the transaction. Do not send payment card details by email.
After the guarantee period
Requests submitted after the stated guarantee period may not be eligible unless required by applicable law or separately agreed in writing.
Local consumer rights

Digital access after a refund
