These Terms of Use govern your use of 10ingredients.com and the digital content sold as The 10-Ingredient Party Bar collection. By using this website or purchasing the product, you agree to these terms and to any additional terms shown at checkout.

1. Digital product

The offer is a digital product. It includes the main e-book, the two listed bonus e-books, and AI Party Bartender access as described on the sales page at the time of purchase. No physical book or physical goods are included unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Personal-use license

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital materials for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, reproduce for commercial distribution, publicly share, or otherwise provide unauthorized access to the files or AI access.

3. Recipe and alcohol disclaimer

Recipes containing alcohol are intended for adults of legal drinking age. You are responsible for complying with local laws and for responsible consumption and hosting. Never drink and drive. Ingredient labels, allergies, dietary restrictions, medication interactions, and individual health circumstances should be reviewed independently before preparing or consuming any recipe.

4. AI Party Bartender

The AI Party Bartender is an AI-powered informational assistant, not a human support representative, licensed bartender, healthcare professional, or other professional advisor. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Use reasonable judgment, verify ingredient labels and measurements, and do not rely on AI output for medical, legal, safety-critical, or emergency decisions.

5. Availability and changes

We may update the website, digital files, delivery method, or AI experience to improve functionality or address technical issues. We may also temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Pricing and payment

The sales page currently presents a one-time price of USD $27. The final price, taxes, payment methods, and transaction terms are those displayed by the checkout provider before purchase is completed.

8. Intellectual property

The website design, product name, original text, graphics, recipe presentation, downloadable materials, and associated branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited personal-use license described above.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, distribute malicious code, scrape protected content at scale, misuse the AI feature, or use the product in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

10. No guaranteed outcome

The product is designed to make home drink planning more approachable, but results vary based on ingredients, technique, equipment, preferences, and circumstances. No specific social, financial, professional, or other outcome is guaranteed.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and digital products are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from misuse, unsafe alcohol consumption, ingredient sensitivities, third-party services, or reliance on AI-generated output.

12. Governing requirements

Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction are not waived by these Terms. If a provision conflicts with a non-waivable legal requirement, that requirement controls to the extent of the conflict.
